Abstract: This talk is devoted to the analysis and applications of the spatial asymptotic profile of incompressible viscous flows around a rigid body. The Stokes and Oseen fundamental solutions play a crucial role in the mathematical analysis of the exterior problem and can be used to construct basis functions for a meshless numerical method.
