On 27 January, the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics of Vilnius University will host a visit by international experts from Spain, Latvia, the Czech Republic, and Lithuania. Representatives of universities and companies will evaluate the field of informatics engineering at Vilnius University. The visit is organised by the Centre for Quality Assessment in Higher Education. The study program of the Kaunas Faculty of Vilnius University and the first-cycle study program in Information Systems Engineering of the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics will be evaluated. This study program is the "youngest" and the only one in the field of informatics engineering at the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics. The experts' conclusions are, therefore, very important for further improving the quality of these studies.
