We invite graduates to attend the graduation ceremony on 10 February at 10:00 a.m., to be held at St. John's Church! The ceremony will include the awarding of diplomas to MIF graduates, congratulatory speeches, and a musical performance. The event is open not only to graduates, lecturers, and honourable guests, but also to graduates' family members and friends. Guests are welcome to arrive from 9:30 a.m. The ceremony is expected to conclude at 12:30 p.m.

Graduates who do not plan to attend the diploma award ceremony must inform the MIF Studies Office by 3 February by e-mail at
PROGRAMME:
9:30–10:00 – Welcome reception for participants and guests
10:00–12:30 – Graduation ceremony for graduates of the following study programmes (in Lithuanian/English):
- Informatics and Informatics Engineering (PhD)
- Data Science (Master’s)
- Mathematics of Finance and Insurance (Master’s)
- Computer Modelling (Master’s)
- Information Technology (Bachelor’s)
Important! During the ceremony, graduates will be required to sign the diploma award journal after receiving their diplomas. The designated area will be arranged on the left-hand side of the stage, and the process will be coordinated by the MIF Studies Office team.
SETTLEMENT WITH VILNIUS UNIVERSITY
After successfully completing their studies, graduates must settle all the obligations with the University in order to receive their diploma and diploma supplement. The settlement procedures are defined in this document.
Graduates must settle their obligations with the following University units (if they have any outstanding obligations):
- University Library – return borrowed books and other materials.
- University Dormitory Centre – settle accommodation fees.
- Vilnius University Students` Representation – there is no need to return a Lithuanian Student Identity Card (LSIC); the card becomes invalid upon graduation. This settlement is processed automatically, and no additional action is required.
- International Relations Office (Central Administration) – if you participated in a study exchange and have not settled yet.
- Student Services and Career Department – if you participated in an Erasmus internship and have not settled yet.
- Faculty Administration – to fulfil any remaining financial or academic obligations. This settlement is completed automatically after all other settlements and requires no additional action.
All settlements must be completed no later than 27 January. Graduates who fail to settle their obligations with the University will not be issued a diploma.
