Vilnius University Innovation Fund opens a call to finance proof-of-concept activities of the R&D solutions created at the university.
The 2026 call aims to encourage such university-created R&D solutions technological maturity development activities that contribute to one or more of the 17 goals of the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and/or to the European Green Deal, which aims to implement the green transformation and ensure climate neutrality in the long run.
The targeted proof-of-concept activities of R&D solutions are:
- development and testing of a technology, model and/or prototype;
- testing of a technology, model and/or prototype when imitating real conditions.
One application can be awarded the sum of 5 000 to 20 000 EUR.
The deadline for the applications is the 6th of February, 2026.
