| The Third International Conference "Analytic and Probabilistic Methods in Number Theory" was held in honour of Professor Jonas Kubilius on the occasion of his 80th birthday, September 24-28, 2001 in Palanga Lithuania. Thirty-nine distinguished mathematicians from Belorussia, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Hungary, Japan, Russia, Sweden and the USA joined Lithuanian colleagues and their celebrating leader. |
