The Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics at Vilnius University has its own endowment sub-fund and invites the public, faculty partners, and the Alumni community to contribute to the education and development of future specialists in mathematics, data science, informatics, and software engineering, as well as future mathematics and informatics teachers.
Until May 4, you can designate 1.2% of your personal income tax (PIT) to support the VU Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics sub-fund and help attract scientific talent to VU MIF: https://vuf.lt/GPM/
Donations allocated to the VU MIF sub-fund are professionally invested, and support for scientific talent is funded from the investment returns.
How to designate support to the PIT fund and the VU MIF sub-fund?
To support the PIT fund and the VU MIF sub-fund, please do fill out form FR0512 https://deklaravimas.vmi.lt/:
- In the recipient search field, find “Paramos fondas Vilniaus universiteto fondas.” Enter the foundation’s identification number 304222713 or the name in the search box.
- In the purpose of the tax allocation field, write the shortened name of the sub-fund: “VU MIF subfondui.”
