The Master’s Programme in international Cybersecurity and Cyberintelligence is a full-time master’s programme jointly developed and taught in English. The programme offers specialised academic education in Cybersecurity, Cyberintelligence and International Relations and Law for Cybersecurity. The University of Padua and the University of Minho are in charge of the teaching during the first semester; Vilnius University during the second semester; University of Granada during the third semester; and the last semester is designated for the master’s Thesis, with tutoring from all partners of the consortium, and a Graduation Week, all of these activities organised by the University of Minho.

At the end of their studies, students will be able to integrate not only in any field of the cyber security industry but especially in cyber intelligence teams working at an international level.

The scholarships are awarded in connection with the Joint Master’s Degree in International Cybersecurity and Cyberintelligence (MICAC) selection process, and candidates who apply to the Master’s programme and meet the eligibility requirements are automatically considered for the scholarships (no separate application is required - these scholarships were approved by last SC meeting in December 2025).
