  * **If your username is not in the list**, then you enter the wrong password or you have not configured your network properly. You can change your password here: [[en:duk:passwd|I have forgotten my MIF e-Identity Login and Password]]
  * **If your username is in the list** means that your user is blocked because you have violated the MIF computer network usage rules. You have been informed of the violation by VU e-mail. To unblock your user, you must submit a written explanation to the MIF Vice Dean of IT.
