- Molecular Biology and Biochemistry at the Department of Biochemistry and Biophysics,
- Laser Physics and Optical Technologies at the Department of Quantum Electronics,

Students training takes place in Computing, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Quantum Electronics, Nonlinear optics, Laser spectroscopy and Biophotonics teaching laboratories, and at the research groups.
