Students' Office

General information

Students' Office is located at Naugarduko st. 24. Specialists are happy to advise students in study process by phone, email or in person.

Student can get (106 or 108 room):

  • certificate of student status;
  • sertificate of payment;
  • exam transcripts.

Student can be consulted about (106 or 108 room):

  • repetition of the subject;
  • academical debts;
  • payments for the studies.

Student can ask about (104 room):

  • Erasmus internship;
  • timetable.

Advising hours Monday - Thursday  9 am - 4pm, on Friday 9 am - 3 pm  (Lunch break 12-13 pm)

Erasmus+

Erasmus+ studentams

Participating in Erasmus+ program is allowed if:

  • student doesn't have any academical debt;
  • average of the results for last two semesters is not less than 7;
  • participant has completed second year in bachelor or first year in master studies;
  • student hasn't been in any Erasmus program longer than for 12 months.

Learning agreement for students

Example of learning agreement for students is here. You have to fill in 1-3 pages. Study plan (on second page) should be approved by committee of your study program. Then, sign your contract, scan it and send it to the Erasmus coordinator of the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics - Kristina Kaulakytė (This email address is being protected from spambots. If there are any changes in study plan, please make changes to the original learning agreement and re-send it.

After studies

After Erasmus studies, please bring your transcript of records to student office (Naugarduko st. 24, room no. 108).

Erasmus practice

General information about Erasmus practice for students could be found on VU website. There are several steps to do in order to go abroad:

  1. Find a practice place abroad.
  2. Get a confirmation letter form the host institution.
  3. Fill in the application of Erasmus students practice.
  4. Provide confirmation letter, submited application and results of the study to Erasmus placement coordinator Daiva Kaukėnienė.
  5. Wait for the decision on a Erasmus scholarship.
  6. Sign the contract.
