Master's degree - a second study cycle degree, which indicates higher education in a particular field of science and is based primarily on research. The volume of the Master's study programme is 90 (1,5 years) credits or 120 (2 years) credits. Studies are completed with a Master's thesis. Upon graduation, a Master's degree is awarded and studies can be continued in the doctoral programme.
