Transportation by Conference shuttle to Palanga will be organized free of charge for participants. The shuttle to Palanga will leave from Vilnius on 4 September at 15:00.

Registration procedure

Please note: it is highly recommended to provide as much of the exact registration information as possible during the online registration, as once you have submitted the registration details, you are not able to apply any changes. In case any changes are required, please contact the Conference Secretariat at olga@viaconventus.com

Upon successful completion of the registration procedure the confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address that was provided during your registration. If you have not received such a confirmation, it means that the registration was not successful and the details should be resubmitted.

Accommodation

Accommodation for participants is offered at the premises of the conference venue (Conference Center of Vilnius University, Birutės alley 37A, Palanga).
The following prices are in Euro per person per night and include VAT (9%).

Booking procedure

Accommodation booking is available as a part online registration for the conference available here.

If you have already registered for the conference and would like to book accommodation we would kindly ask you to:

Payment

Please note that the payment for your accommodation is to be made onsite during the conference in Litas (LTL) or Euro (EUR). Should the payment via bank transfer or by credit card in advance would be more convenient, we would kindly ask you to contact the Conference Secretariat for the details prior to your payment.

Conference proceedings

Proceedings of the Conference "Analytic and Probabilistic Methods in Number Theory", as is customary, will be published after the conference. The papers for proceedings should be submitted after the conference until 31 December 2011. Authors of papers are kindly asked to follow the style templates which are available for download:
