Collaboration opportunities

We invite the representatives of the fields of industry and economy to actively co-develop digitizing initiatives, which require scientific knowledge and are susceptible to high performance computing resources.

Currently Digital Science and Computing Centre is implementing and aims at strengthening the collaboration in the following fields:

• cybernetic security;
• health protection and medicine;
• genetic and natural sciences;
• financial modelling, econometrics and statistics;
• Various image processing;
• Model creation and modelling;

The centre is able to attract specialists from the following fields of science:

• Heterogeneous processes and systems (biology, biochemistry, optical spectroscopy etc.);
• Algorithms for operational mechanisms;
• Parallel and distributed computing algorithms for quantum mechanics;
• Parallel and distributed computing algorithms for crystal and crystal surface modelling;
• Multidimensional biomedical data analysis and visualization;
• Freeform and two-sided surface modelling using alternative methods;
• Modelling of dynamics of powder materials;
• Parallel and distributed computing algorithms for designing integrated circuits;
• Analysis and structure of biological macromolecules, analysis of sequences;
• Parallel and distributed computing algorithms for generation and analysis of pseudorandom data sets.
